TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Subject to any reserve price, the highest bidder shall be the purchaser.

2. The auctioneer has the right to:
a. Refuse any bid and to advance the bidding at their discretion.
b. Withdraw from the auction any lot described in the catalogue.
c. To offer for sale two (or more) lots described in the catalogue as 1 lot or as individual lots.
d. To place a reserve on any lot.
e. To bid on behalf of the vendor or any prospective purchaser with or without disclosure.
f. To refuse any person or persons admission to, or eject them from the auction site.

3. Every bidder shall complete and sign a Buyers Registration Form.

4. At the fall of the hammer the sale is final. No refunds or exchanges will be given. All goods are sold as displayed during the viewing period. Please inspect items of interest thoroughly.

5. All bids are deemed to be inclusive of GST.

6. Buyers Premium of 15% applies to all purchases.

7. Each lot shall be paid for on the day of the auction and goods shall be removed by the purchaser. A delivery service is available for larger items at additional cost.

8. Every buyer shall be deemed to bid as the principal unless prior to the auction he/she discloses to Origins Fine Arts Pty Ltd that he will be bidding on behalf of a principal and supplies the relevant details of the principal with their written authorization to bid on their behalf.

9. Any representation or statement by Origins Fine Arts in any advertisement or catalogue is a statement of opinion only.
